Lifeline Light Exercise - A mobility and strength-based exercise class, that support residents to improve their physical ability and well-being no matter their age - Wednesday’s at 9.30am - 10.15am. (Term Time Only)
Coffee, Cake and Crumpets - A mixed group aimed at supporting residents who are isolated through offering meaningful conversation and developing friendships. It mainly serves those 55+ giving them an positive, safe and friendly environment. (No sessions during Christmas and Easter Holidays)
Lifeline Advocates - An advocacy support service assisting people to speak up if they are experiencing difficulties engaging with statutory services e.g. council. Ensuring they are listened to, with their views and issues taken seriously.
Life Tots - Is a family play group for parents/carers with children aged 0-5 years. This provision is aimed at those who do not access other nursery provision. We provide a safe, friendly and encouraging environment where children can come and play so they develop those crucial social skills that will enable them to grow, learn and thrive. Wednesday mornings 10.45am - 12.15pm. (Term Time Only)
Life Works - A job search, CV support and job coaching service that also offers volunteering opportunities; to assist individuals seeking employment.
Love your Life Kidz - Is our children's provision during the holidays as part our support for children and families. Funded through Sandwell MBC, we offer activities during the main school holidays (Easter, Summer and Christmas), as well as the Half Term Holidays (May, October and February). Look out for information via our social media accounts, for holiday activities for children aged 5-16 years old.
